Final payment is made when the new specialist starts his/her new job or when a probation period is over. It depends on a service package and is discussed with each client individually. Besides, the recruiting agency undertakes to find a free replacement for the Candidate who does not meet the Client’s requirements for any reasons or who himself refused to be employed.
